Olympian | Founder of Wonbyone HQ | Creator of The MAPP (Mindset & Performance Process)
I’ve spent the last decade competing at the highest levels of basketball — from pro leagues across Europe to representing Nigeria in the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. Along the way, I faced five major surgeries, setbacks that tested me far more mentally than physically. Those experiences taught me a simple truth: skills win games, but systems built in the mind determine who thrives under pressure.
That belief is what led me to create Wonbyone HQ and our flagship program, The MAPP — a mindset and performance system designed to help athletes, students, and professionals perform under pressure, recover from mistakes, and build confidence they can trust.
Drawing on my background in psychology and my career as a professional athlete, I’ve built The MAPP to be practical and teachable — not theory, but real frameworks that anyone can apply. Today, we’re using it with individuals, teams, and organizations to close the gap between knowing what to do and executing when it matters most.
Beyond the court, I host the Wonbyone Podcast, where we break down stories and systems from leaders, athletes, and entrepreneurs who know what it means to compete under pressure.
My mission is simple: to turn lived experience into repeatable systems that help people grow stronger, more focused, and more resilient — in sports, in schools, and in life.
